L'Opéra de Paris postpones the concert due to a positive case of COVID-19 in the orchestra.
The two houses, together with maestro Dudamel, are working to announce a new date for this concert.
Tickets already purchased will be valid for this new date.

The begining of a warm relationship between the two opera houses

There are events that cast lustre on an entire season and project. This is undoubtedly one of them. Maestro Dudamel's close relationship with Barcelona (and latterly with the Gran Teatre del Liceu) has given rise to a series of joint endeavours. Now, at his instigation, Paris and Barcelona are to become twin opera houses.

This exchange proposal involving the two orchestras and their conductors attests to the warm relationship between the two opera houses. For the Liceu, its orchestra and Josep Pons, the Paris rendezvous will be a highlight of this 175th anniversary year.
