The soprano Aina Martín completed her Master's in Opera and Concert at the Hochschule für Musik Freiburg (Germany) with Dorothea Wirtz and Markus Eiche. During her higher studies, she received lessons from Marta Almajano, Enedina Lloris, and Dolors Aldea.
In the operatic field, she has performed the role of Lauretta in Gianni Schicchi by G. Puccini, Gretel in Hänsel und Gretel by E. Humperdinck, Nannetta in Falstaff by G. Verdi, and Costanza in L’isola disabitata by M. García. She has also sung solo parts in oratorios such as The Passion According to St. John by J. S. Bach, Gloria by A. Vivaldi, Die Jahreszeiten and Philemon und Baucis by J. Haydn, and the Requiems by W. A. Mozart, G. Fauré, and J. Rutter.
She has sung with some of the leading early music groups, such as the Capella Reial de Catalunya, Le Concert des Nations, Hesperion XXI, Oni Wytars, Canto Coronato, El Concierto Español, La Grande Chapelle, La Capella de Ministrers, and Lux Feminae. She continues to develop her career as a soloist, performing chamber music, and is a founding member, alongside musicologist Martí Beltran, of the ensemble Hemiòlia, a group specialized in the historically informed performance of early music. She made her debut at the Liceu in 2014 with Guerra i Pau under the baton of Maestro J. Savall, and since 2019, she has been a member of the chorus of the Gran Teatre del Liceu.
