Changes in the Schedule

The Liceu, if circumstances require, may modify dates, times, programs, and performers, as well as cancel the performance.

Only in the event of a performance cancellation will the full ticket price be refunded.

Punctuality and Access

Once the performance has begun, entry to the Hall, including boxes and balconies, will not be allowed.

Recordings and Photographs

Photographing, filming, or recording the performance is not permitted.

Silence

Mobile phones and other devices must be silenced before entering the Hall, and screen brightness should be dimmed. It is recommended to avoid using vibration mode. Audience members are asked to avoid making noise, such as coughing, during performances. A handkerchief can be used to muffle the sound.

Children

For performances starting at 7 PM or later, only children over 5 years old are allowed in the Hall.

Exceptionally, for Ballet or Christmas Concert performances, and only for morning or afternoon shows (at 5 PM or 6 PM), children over 3 years old are allowed.

For Petit Liceu performances, a paid ticket is required for children over 3 years old. It is also recommended not to sit in the upper floors with children, especially in the front rows.

It is recommended that children sit in boxes or side aisle seats in the stalls for easy exit from the Hall if necessary.

For concerts organized by external promoters, please check with the promoter for specific policies.
