These performances are open to everyone, especially people with autism, cognitive difficulties, Alzheimer’s, or families with babies.

Apropa cultura

The Liceu is part of the social program Apropa Cultura, which aims to facilitate access to the world of opera and classical music for people in vulnerable situations, making inclusion a reality through cultural experience; awakening new sensations and developing abilities.

The Theatre makes its entire program and activities available to social entities that are part of the program at symbolic prices. The program is intended for people with physical, hearing, visual, intellectual disabilities, mental health conditions, and autism spectrum disorder. It also includes people in vulnerable contexts (addictions, women in vulnerable situations, older adults, children and adolescents, LGTBI, chronic illnesses, ethnic minorities, migrants, incarcerated persons, refugees, poverty, or homelessness).

People participating in the program are seated in the Stalls or Amphitheatre, with the Liceu’s intention to offer the most satisfying experience possible.
