Born in Córdoba, he began his singing studies in his hometown and later continued at the Mozarteum University in Salzburg and the Plácido Domingo Improvement Center at the Palau de les Arts in Valencia. In 2020, he received the Flag of the Arts of Andalusia. Throughout his career, he has performed in theaters such as the Opéra Royal de Wallonie in Liège, Opéra de Lausanne, Royal Opera House Muscat, and Théâtre du Capitole in Toulouse, among others. His recent engagements include Cégaste (Orphée by Philip Glass) and Albazar (Il turco in Italia) at the Teatro Real in Madrid, Basilio (Le nozze di Figaro) in Lausanne, First Senator (Hadrian by Rufus Wainwright) in Madrid and at the Castell de Peralada International Festival, Ferrando (Così fan tutte) in Málaga, Belmonte (El rapto en el serrallo), Don Ottavio (Don Giovanni), and Nemorino (L’elisir d’amore) in Oviedo. He has participated in several world premieres of works such as Tránsito by Jesús Torres, Sinfonía Córdoba, and Escenas de una primavera alemana by Lorenzo Palomo.
He made his debut at the Gran Teatre del Liceu in the 2022/23 season with Il tabarro (Il trittico).
