Live audio description service in one performance of each staged opera, providing information on key visual elements for the benefit of blind and visually impaired spectators. You can follow the service through the LiveVoice mobile app by downloading Audiodescription at the Liceu in LiveVoice and entering the code: 546668.

The audio description can be enjoyed from any seat, has high digital quality, allows individual volume control, and requires a normal data connection. The service starts with an audio introduction of the work, 15 minutes before the beginning. Personal headphones are required.

Technical system that amplifies sound and reduces background noise and reverberation, thus improving the quality of reception, designed for users of hearing aids (cochlear implants and/or hearing aids). Installed at the ticket office, in the Foyer, and in the Main Hall (except for the 5th floor and the stalls boxes). Check the coverage level map for the Main Hall.

Access 

• Elevator platform at the main La Rambla entrance for people with reduced mobility.
• The Sant Pau entrance is a level access, without any access difficulties, with two elevators at the same level as the street, leading directly to the floors.

Accessible services

• Accessible services for people in wheelchairs in the Stalls, Amphitheatre, Second Floor and Foyer.
• Wheelchairs available for attending public.
• Exclusive spaces for people in wheelchairs or motorized wheelchairs. The Hall has a reserved area in the Stalls: 16 spaces for people in wheelchairs and/or motorized wheelchairs with an 80% discount and 20 additional spaces for their companions with a 50% discount.
