Born in Barcelona, he began his musical studies at the Escolania de Montserrat. Later, while pursuing a degree in Telecommunications Engineering, he started his singing studies with professors Xavier Torra and Joaquim Proubasta, and later with Mariella Devia, Viorica Cortez, Carlos Chausson, and Dalmau González. He began his professional career singing in the Palau de la Música Chamber Choir. He has performed in theaters and auditoriums such as the Gran Teatre del Liceu, Teatro Real de Madrid, Auditori de Barcelona, Palau de la Música Catalana in Barcelona, Auditorio Nacional de Madrid, Teatro Campoamor in Oviedo, Teatro Arriaga in Bilbao, Auditori de Saragossa, Teatre La Faràndula in Sabadell, Teatro Verdi in Trieste, among others. 

He debuted at the Gran Teatre del Liceu in the 2010/11 season with El retablo de Maese Pedro; prior to that, he had sung La ventafocs at the Petit Liceu (2008/09), and he has returned with Pagliacci (2010/11), Il turco in Italia (2012/13), Il prigionero (2013/14), Lucia di Lammermoor (2015/16), Il trovatore, Macbeth (2016/17), Luisa Miller (2018/19), Die Zauberflöte (2021/22), La gata perduda and Manon (2022/23).
