Rossini is one of the greatest composers of all time. His legendary ease in composing and his creative genius are unparalleled.
Legend has it that, already a celebrity, upon hearing Norma by Vincenzo Bellini, he stopped writing music. With the aim of bringing Rossini’s figure and work closer to all audiences, the Gran Teatre del Liceu has created a performance that tells the story of two young people, Ross and Isabella, who, on a journey of friendship and discovery, will enter a fascinating world that leads them to the operas of the genius from Pesaro.

Special sessions
Live audio description service in one performance of each staged opera, providing information about key visual elements, for the benefit of blind and visually impaired audiences. The service consists of two parts: an audio introduction fifteen minutes before the start of the performance, and simultaneous audio description during the performance.
