Guillem Batllori

Born in Palamós, he studied the Higher Music Degree at the Conservatori Superior de Música del Liceu with soprano Dolors Aldea. He has also taken masterclasses with singers such as Sigiswald Kuijken, Carlos Álvarez, Joan Pons, Erik Halfvarson, Carlos Chausson, Teresa Berganza, Victor Sicard, Carmen Bustamante, and Mireia Pintó. Currently, he is refining his vocal technique and studying roles with soprano Cynthia Jacoby-Deventer in Germany. 

Between 2019 and 2022, he was the baritone of the Operastudio Niederrhein at the Krefeld-Mönchengladbach theaters in Germany. As part of the young singers' ensemble, he performed roles such as Malatesta (Don Pasquale), Sprecher (Die Zauberflöte), and Mityukha (Boris Godunov), among others. In 2018, he performed the role of Ford (Falstaff) with the Amics de l'Òpera de Sabadell, as well as Don Alfonso (Così fan tutte) the year before. Role that repeated in 2019 at the Kammeroper Schloss Rheinsberg Summer Festival in Germany. 

He made his debut at the Gran Teatre del Liceu in the 2022/23 season with L’incoronazione di Poppea and returned with Antony & Cleopatra (2023/24).
