The Madrid-born soprano Irene Palazón began her musical studies specializing in classical guitar, continuing them at the Escuela Superior de Canto in her hometown and later attending masterclasses with notable figures such as Dolora Zajick, Joyce DiDonato, Montserrat Caballé, Jaume Aragall, Plácido Domingo, Carlos Chausson, Juan Lomba, and Teresa Berganza, among others.

In the operatic field, she continues to develop her career with roles such as Violetta (La traviata), Musetta (La bohème), Lauretta (Gianni Schicchi), Kate Pinkerton (Madama Butterfly), and Liù (Turandot). In the realm of oratorio and concert, she has performed as a soloist in Bach's Magnificat, Mozart's Coronation Mass, Orff's Carmina Burana, Pergolesi's Stabat Mater, and Vivaldi's Gloria. Among her latest professional engagements, she has starred in Don Gil de Alcalá at the Teatro de la Zarzuela and recently performed the role of Donna Anna in the opera Don Giovanni at the Teatro Campoamor. She makes her debut at the Gran Teatre del Liceu.
