Jeroboám Tejera

Born in Tenerife, in the Villa de Arafo, in the Canary Islands. He has sung under the baton of excellent conductors such as Alberto Zedda, Mauricio Barbacini, Gianluca Martinenghi, Alessandro Vitiello, Alessandro d'Agostini, Elio Orciuolo, Sir Colin Davis, Alain Guingal, Timothy Redmond, Hilary Griffiths, Ludmila Orlova, Lü Jia, Pedro Halftter, among others. He has worked with stage directors like Giancarlo del Monaco, Mario Pontiggia, Joan Font, Nicola Berloffa, Rosetta Cucchi, Giorgia Guerra, and Carles Ortiz, to name just a few. 

His repertoire spans various operas and roles: Tosca (Angelotti, Sacristan, Scarpia), Il barbiere di Siviglia (Basilio, Bartolo), Don Giovanni (Leporello, Commendatore), La fille du régiment (Sulpice), Salome (Jochanaan the Baptist), La cenerentola (Don Magnifico), Rigoletto (Sparafucile, Monterone), La traviata (Germont, Dottore), Die Zauberflöte (Sarastro), La bohème (Colline, Benoit, Alcindoro), Carmen (Escamillo), Don Carlo (Philip II), Nabucco (Zaccaria), Aida (King of Egypt, Ramfis), L'elisir d'amore (Dulcamara), among others. He makes his debut at the Gran Teatre del Liceu.
