Ksenia Dudnikova was born in Andijan, Uzbekistan, and has lived in Russia since childhood, where she studied music and voice at the Moscow State Conservatory under the guidance of Klara Kadinskaya.

In 2016, she performed the role of the Princess of Bouillon (Adriana Lecouvreur) at the Royal Opera House in London, which helped propel her career. Since then, she has sung roles such as Eboli (Don Carlos) at the Staatsoper Stuttgart and Carmen at the Semperoper in Dresden, in Paris, and at the Arena di Verona. Other roles in her developing repertoire include Dalila in Samson et Dalila, Léonor in La Favorite, and Marina in Boris Godunov.

She made her debut at the Gran Teatre del Liceu in the 2022/23 season with Il trovatore.
