This initiative promotes collaboration between major cultural institutions and educational centers in the Raval neighborhood to develop long-term projects integrated into the academic curriculum.

It leverages the cultural potential of the area, with its various forms of expression (musical, artistic, theatrical, heritage, etc.), to create educational proposals adapted to the students’ realities.

Each project or sponsorship is unique, resulting from close collaboration between the educational professionals of the cultural institutions and the teachers, and is designed to address the needs of the educational stage, the subject content, the competencies to be developed, and the characteristics of the students. The diversity of the student body and the goal of fostering family engagement with cultural centers are carefully considered.

This process culminates in an end-of-year activity where the projects developed throughout the school year are showcased and presented.

• Long-term project (school year) specifically linked to a school cycle, class group, etc.

• Coverage of all educational stages (from nurseries to intermediate and higher vocational training).

• Initiatives are integrated into the academic curriculum.

• The educational services of major cultural institutions provide their resources to the participants.

• Educational centers commit to working collaboratively (and providing feedback) with the educational services of the neighborhood’s major cultural institutions.

• Activities included in the project are free of charge.
