Teacher Training

Sharing spaces for training and reflection on music and the performing arts with the teaching community is one of the key components of the LiceuAprèn educational program.

Teachers, first and foremost, but also the educational services of cultural institutions, have the responsibility to act as mediators between children and young people and culture. Therefore, we share a significant challenge that, from our perspective, can only be carried out effectively and meaningfully if we establish frameworks for dialogue and spaces for close collaboration to learn and share between schools and cultural institutions.

It is with this purpose that we have given a new format and dimension to the in-person training sessions for teachers, which we have always linked to our performances.

We have created Matins LiceuAprèn: advanced modules exploring different aspects of arts and music education, inspired by opera and the performances in our program. Spaces to experience opera, music, and performing arts from a cross-disciplinary perspective.
