This Italian baritone graduated from the Giovanni Battista Martini Conservatory in Bologna and joined the Scuola dell’Opera Italiana at the Teatro Comunale in the same city. In 2015, he made his debut at Teatro alla Scala in Milan as Schaunard in La bohème under Gustavo Dudamel and performed as Belcore in L’elisir d’amore alongside Fabio Luisi in a flashmob at Malpensa Airport broadcast by RAI. 
He has also sung Marcello in La bohème at Teatro La Fenice in Venice and De Nationale Opera in Amsterdam, Schaunard at Palau de Les Arts Reina Sofía in Valencia and Milan, Guglielmo in Così fan tutte at Teatro dell’Opera di Roma, the title role in Don Giovanni at Teatro Massimo in Palermo, and Ping in Turandot at the Arena di Verona and the Bregenz Festival. 
Recently, he has performed Lescaut in Massenet’s Manon at Wiener Staatsoper, Don Giovanni in Don Giovanni at the Deutsche Oper Berlin, Malatesta in Don Pasquale at Teatro alla Scala in Milan, Escamillo in Carmen and Paolo Albiani in Simon Boccanegra in Teatro di San Carlo in Naples. 

He makes his debut at the Gran Teatre del Liceu.
