Montserrat Seró began her musical training at the age of six as a violinist.
After participating in several vocal projects, she specialized in classical performance at the Conservatory of Music of the Liceu. Subsequently, she pursued the Master's in Lied Victoria de los Ángeles at the ESMUC. She is currently continuing her vocal development through the study of operatic roles suited to her artistic evolution.
She will soon make her debut at the Teatre del Liceu with Madama Butterfly and West Side Story. In the following season, she will be part of the Teatro Real's program with the contemporary opera Don Juan no existe by Helena Cánovas and will also debut at the Teatro de la Maestranza as Zerlina in Mozart's Don Giovanni.
She has collaborated with renowned orchestras such as the Simfònica del Vallès and the Orquestra Victoria de los Ángeles, among others, performing on prestigious stages such as the Palau de la Música and in well-known theaters and national auditoriums.
Recently, she recorded the opera Giuseppe Riconosciuto by Domènec Terradellas with the Vespres d’Arnadí orchestra.
Since 2022, she has been awarded first prizes and scholarships in competitions such as Mirabent i Magrans, Tenor Viñas, the zarzuela competition of Valleseco, and by the Victoria de los Ángeles Foundation.
Her career is solidifying as one of the most promising emerging voices of her generation.
