Italian tenor Fanale studied at the Vincenzo Bellini Conservatory in Palermo and made his professional debut in Padua as Don Ottavio (Don Giovanni). Since then he has performed in numerous opera houses in Milan, New York, Paris, London, Vienna, Munich and elsewhere and worked with conductors such as Claudio Abbado, Rafael Frühbeck de Burgos, Daniele Gatti, James Levine, Kurt Masur and Zubin Mehta. Fenton (Falstaff), Nemorino (L’elisir d’amore), Tamino (Die Zauberflöte) and Ferrando (Così fan tutte) are just a few of the roles in his repertory.
