Adam Palka studied singing with Florian Skulski at the Stanisław Moniuszko Academy of Music in Gdansk, Poland, and made his professional debut in 2005. Throughout his career, he has portrayed roles such as Skula (Prince Igor) at the Opéra Bastille in Paris, Boris Godunov at Oper Stuttgart, as well as Méphistophélès (Faust), Sparafucile (Rigoletto), among others.
Among his recent engagements are performances at theaters such as the Royal Opera House in London and the Wiener Staatsoper, where he interpreted Méphistophélès; at the Canadian Opera Company in Toronto as Escamillo (Carmen), and at Oper Stuttgart as Filippo II (Don Carlo), Commendatore (Don Giovanni), Rodolfo (La sonnambula), Oroveso (Norma), and Fasolt (Das Rheingold).
Additionally, he has sung at theaters including Teatro Real in Madrid, Grand Théâtre de Genève, Bolshoi Theatre in Moscow, Oper Köln, Théâtre du Châtelet in Paris, as well as at the Glyndebourne Festival, among others.
He made his debut at the Gran Teatre del Liceu in the 2020/21 season with Don Giovanni and has returned with Eugene Onegin (2023/24).
