Soprano Rosa Feola's career was launched at the 2010 edition of the Operalia contest when she carried off the second prize, the audience's prize and the sarsuela prize. Since then she has sung in opera houses in Milan, Rome, Zurich, Munich, Chicago, Turin, Salzburg, Berlin and elsewhere.
Recently she has played Adina (L’elisir d’amore) in Milan, Vienna and Hamburg, Fiorilla (Il turco in Italia) in Milan and Zurich, and appeared in La sonnambula in Berlin and Rigoletto in Munich.
This is her first visit to the Gran Teatre del Liceu.
