He studied singing with Montserrat Pueyo, Maty Pinkas, Edda Moser, and Carlos Chausson, and later at the Académie Musicale de Villecroze (France) with Lorraine Nubar and Dalton Baldwin. During the 2006/07 season, he worked at the Bavarian State Opera in Munich. In 2008, he was a semifinalist at the Operalia competition, and in 2009 he was awarded a prize at the Boris Christoff International Competition (Bulgaria). He has performed in theatres in Berlin, Munich, Barcelona, Madrid, Oviedo, and Sofia, collaborating with conductors such as Kent Nagano, Ivor Bolton, Daniel Oren, Harry Bicket, Antoni Ros-Marbà, Víctor Pablo Pérez, Patrick Fournillier, among others. He has also been a member of the Cor de Cambra of the Palau de la Música Catalana.

He made his debut at the Gran Teatre del Liceu in the 2008/09 season with L’incoronazione di Poppea, returning on numerous occasions, most recently in Adriana Lecouvreur (2011/12), Don Pasquale and El pessebre (2014/15), Thaïs (2016/17), Manon Lescaut (2017/18), La Gioconda and Tosca (2018/19), El monstre al laberint (2020/21–2024/25), and La petita flauta màgica (2020/21–2025/26).
